使用銀行轉帳（ACH）支付 Claude API

簡短回答：可以使用銀行轉帳支付 Claude 嗎？

Anthropic 確實接受銀行轉帳，但只適用於兩類客戶，而購買個人方案的人不屬於其中任何一類。以下說明使用美國銀行帳戶支付 Claude 的各種方式：

• claude.ai 上的 Claude Pro 或 Max：不行。 Anthropic's 付款方式文章 says it accepts credit and debit cards for all purchases, that ACH bank transfers are accepted only for self-serve Enterprise plans and API accounts on monthly invoicing, and that it does not take PayPal or Venmo (read 2026年10月3日). An individual plan is not on that list.
• iPhone 或 Android App 中的 Claude Pro 或 Max：不行。 The App Store or Google Play bills an in-app subscription, and neither store lets you attach a US bank account: Apple's 美國付款方式 stop at Apple balance, Apple Card, Apple Cash, Apple Pay, cards and PayPal, and Google Play's 付款方式頁面 names wire transfers among the payment types it cannot be used with (both read 2026年10月3日).
• Anthropic Console 上的 Claude API：僅限合約方案。 Self-serve API usage is paid with 預付點數 bought by card. ACH opens up only on 月結發票, which Anthropic applies to organizations on a paid usage contract.
• 透過 Kunavo 使用 Claude API：可以，使用 ACH 銀行扣款。當金額以美元計算時，結帳頁面會向美國買家提供此方式，餘額會按 token 支付 Claude、使用金鑰的 Claude Code，以及 GPT 模型。本頁其餘內容說明的就是這種方式。

On the OpenAI side, the help center says prepaid cards cannot be used to buy API credits and that 僅支援標準信用卡或簽帳金融卡. Enterprise customers are billed under their contract: OpenAI's 帳單時間文章 says the Enterprise contract determines the payment terms, while individual and team customers pay through prepaid credits or automatic card charges (both read 2026年10月3日). None of the OpenAI billing articles we read mentions ACH, so we make no claim either way about what an OpenAI Enterprise contract allows.

誰接受使用美國銀行付款購買 Claude 或 GPT

所有外部來源均已於 2026年10月3日 閱讀。兩個「是」列之間的實際差異如下：使用 Anthropic 的發票方案時，您先使用 API，月底再付款，但必須先取得使用合約。Kunavo 採預付制：不需要合約，但必須等扣款完成結算後才能使用 token。如果您今天就需要開始，請先使用卡片或 Link 支付第一筆儲值，結帳完成時就會入帳，而不是等上數天；下一筆再使用 ACH。

Kunavo 結帳中的 ACH 付款方式

Kunavo 結帳會保留 Stripe 的 ACH 驗證設定預設值，因此以下內容是 Stripe 文件所述的 Checkout 行為，並逐步附上引用。

1. 使用電子郵件地址或 Google 帳戶 建立 Kunavo 帳戶。註冊時不需提供信用卡。

3. On the Stripe checkout, check that the amount is shown in US dollars, then pick the US bank account option. Stripe's ACH 文件 list the customer location as the US and the presentment currency as USD only (read 2026年10月3日).
4. 驗證帳戶，選項 A：登入您的銀行。 Stripe Checkout uses Financial Connections to verify the account instantly: you sign in to your bank in Stripe's window, a pop-up on desktop or a redirect on mobile (Stripe 的 ACH 文件), and pick the account. Financial Connections can also 透過 Link 儲存帳戶 for reuse at other Stripe businesses.
5. 選項 B：輸入銀行路由號碼和帳戶號碼。 This is Stripe's fallback, and it is slower. Stripe sends 小額存款 that take 1–2 business days to appear: either two small amounts under a statement descriptor that reads ACCTVERIFY, or one deposit with a 6-digit code in the descriptor. When the deposits are expected to arrive, Stripe emails you a link to confirm them. You get 3 attempts with the amounts or 10 with the code, and you have 10 days to verify before the payment fails. If you cannot find the code in the descriptor, Stripe's form has a 「Send another deposit」 button, which sends two new deposits of different amounts that post in 1–3 business days. Manual entry confirms that the account can be debited but, per Stripe, gives 不存取資料 to Stripe or the merchant. The debit itself starts only after verification is complete.
6. 接受授權。 An ACH debit needs your authorization. Checkout shows the mandate text, records your acceptance and, by default, emails a confirmation of it to the address you gave (Stripe).
7. 返回 Billing 後，訂單會顯示「Processing」。下一節說明接下來會發生什麼。

ACH is a delayed-notification method: Stripe says it can take up to 4 business days to learn whether a debit succeeded or failed (Stripe 的 ACH 文件, read 2026年10月3日). While it settles, the Billing page shows this note next to the order:

Bank debit in progress — bank transfers usually settle in 3–5 business days. Your balance is credited automatically; please don't pay again.

ACH 附帶的限制

• 不收取兌換費。 Because ACH is charged in US dollars, Stripe's 自適應定價 fee of 2–4%, which applies to checkouts shown in a local currency, does not apply (read 2026年10月3日).
• 最低金額和紅利與信用卡相同。 最低儲值金額為 $10，較大的儲值金額無論使用哪種方式，都享有相同紅利：pay $100, get $110; pay $1,000, get $1,200; pay $5,000, get $6,250。
• 不支援自動儲值。 自動儲值只會向已儲存的信用卡或 Link 收款，因此每筆 ACH 儲值都必須手動進行。
• 預付制，不提供發票。 Kunavo 不開立發票、VAT 發票，也不提供付款條件。Billing 頁面會列出每筆儲值的日期、金額和狀態。
• 餘額涵蓋的內容。 Claude 和 GPT 模型的 API token，以及使用 API 金鑰的 Claude Code。餘額永不過期，不收取月費，失敗的請求不會計費。餘額不能支付 Claude Pro 或 Max、ChatGPT Plus、Anthropic 的 Console 或 OpenAI 自有的點數。

如果 ACH 遺失或扣款失敗

結帳中沒有 ACH。 It can appear only when the checkout is in US dollars, and Stripe lists US customers only. If the page opens in another currency, Stripe's 自適應定價 has chosen a local currency for you from your location; if you are in the US on a VPN or proxy, turn it off and reopen the checkout from 計費. A US buyer can also pay by card, Link, Cash App Pay, or Apple Pay and Google Pay where the browser supports them; every other method, country by country, is in 不使用信用卡支付 Claude API.

扣款失敗。 Stripe names insufficient funds, an invalid account number and a bank account with debits disabled as the usual causes (Stripe, read 2026年10月3日). A failure before settlement, including microdeposits left unconfirmed for 10 days, marks the order “Failed” and credits nothing. Fix the cause with your bank and start a new top-up.

入帳後，銀行退回該筆扣款。 Stripe records a late failure or a return as a dispute. A personal account can generally dispute an ACH debit through its bank for up to 60 calendar days, a business account for up to two business days (in rare cases a bank accepts one later), and those disputes are final, with no appeal. When one lands, Kunavo reverses the full credited amount, top-up and bonus, which can take the balance below zero. A dispute also invalidates the debit authorization, and if the same account disputes a later payment, Stripe blocks that bank account from further use (Stripe 的 ACH 文件). If something is wrong with a top-up, write to us before you go to your bank.

ACH 儲值退款

Kunavo 會透過 support@kunavo.com 個案處理退款，例如 Kunavo 端發生服務中斷、定價錯誤或意外重複儲值時。退款預設會以錢包額度退回；如有要求，也可透過 Stripe 退回您的銀行帳戶（帳務文件）。條款另載明，儲值金額一旦使用即不可退款；關閉帳戶時，剩餘餘額會扣除處理商費用後，退回原付款方式。

ACH puts its own limits on a refund to your bank. Stripe can refund an ACH payment only in full, not in part, and only within 180 days. The refund takes up to 3 business days and arrives as a separate credit referencing the original payment's statement descriptor, not labelled as a refund (Stripe, read 2026年10月3日). Stripe also warns that if a refund is issued while your bank processes a dispute for the same debit, you can be credited twice, so ask for one or the other. For a top-up you have partly used, write to support: wallet credit is the default.

For comparison, Anthropic says Console credits 不可退款且會過期 one year after purchase, and OpenAI says its prepaid credits 一年後過期 and that credits equal to a disputed or refunded payment are removed from the account (both read 2026年10月3日). A Kunavo balance does not expire.

不提供的方式

Kunavo 的 ACH 是您授權後由 Stripe 從帳戶扣款的方式。沒有將資金透過電匯匯入帳戶號碼的選項，也無法選擇 Zelle、PayPal、Venmo 和 SEPA Direct Debit。在英國，英鎊結帳時可使用的銀行選項是 Bacs Direct Debit 和 Pay by Bank；Bacs 也只有在 several business days 後才會入帳。使用美元結帳的美國買家若不想使用銀行帳戶，可以在相同的美元結帳中使用 crypto (stablecoins) 付款。

Claude Code 使用相同的金鑰。請固定工作階段模型以及 opus、sonnet 和 haiku 別名，避免它們遵循 Anthropic 的預設值而使用 Kunavo 未提供的模型。sonnet 別名預設為 Sonnet 5.5，而 Kunavo 未提供此模型：沒有 sonnet 設定列時，/model sonnet、opusplan 的執行階段，以及任何設定為 model: sonnet 的子代理程式都會收到 404。opus 別名固定為 Claude Opus 5.5（每 1M 個 token 的輸入為 $2.80／輸出為 $14.00），需要 Claude Code v2.1.280 或更新版本（舊版本請先執行 claude update）：
