Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 2026-05-23

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) governs your use of the Kunavo platform. It is in addition to the policies of the upstream model providers we route to (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) — their AUPs apply to content they receive from you, and we are bound to enforce them.

Prohibited content & activities

You must not use Kunavo to generate, request, or distribute:

  • Sexual content involving minors, or content sexualizing minors;
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
  • Content that incites violence against, or dehumanizes, individuals or groups based on protected characteristics;
  • Material that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights;
  • Malware, exploit code intended to harm systems you do not own or have permission to test;
  • High-risk decisioning without human review — medical, legal, financial, employment, or housing decisions made solely by an LLM;
  • Coordinated inauthentic behavior, spam, deceptive impersonation, fraud, or election interference;
  • Weapons of mass destruction, biological / chemical / radiological / nuclear weapons content; instructions for serious physical harm.

Technical abuse

  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, abuse-prevention systems, or content filters.
  • Do not share API keys with third parties or distribute them in public repositories.
  • Do not scrape or systematically harvest other users’ data, or reverse-engineer Kunavo’s infrastructure.

Disclosure obligations

When the output of a Kunavo call is shown to an end user, you should clearly disclose that the content is AI-generated where required by applicable law (EU AI Act, US state disclosure laws, etc.).

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. We may also restrict access to specific upstream models if the upstream provider requests it.

Reporting abuse

Report misuse to contact@kunavo.com.
