은행 송금으로 Claude Pro 또는 Max를 결제할 수 없습니다. Anthropic은 셀프 서비스 Enterprise 플랜과 월별 청구를 사용하는 API 계정에만 ACH를 허용합니다. 이 API 월별 청구는 유료 사용 계약을 맺은 조직에 적용됩니다(Anthropic 도움말 센터, 2026년 10월 3일에 확인). 종량제 Claude API와 API 키를 사용하는 Claude Code에는 계약이나 카드 없이 이용할 수 있는 방법이 있습니다. 독립 API 게이트웨이인 Kunavo는 선불 잔액으로 Claude 및 GPT 모델을 이용할 수 있도록 판매하며, 미국 달러 Stripe 결제 창에서 ACH bank debit를 제공합니다. 미국 은행 계좌를 연결하면 출금이 3–5 business days 후에 정산되는 시점에 잔액에 반영되고, 최소 금액은 $10이며 구독은 없습니다. 잔액은 API 토큰 비용에 사용되며 Claude Pro 또는 Max 플랜을 구매하는 데 사용되지 않습니다. 결제 시 ACH가 제공되지만 아직 Kunavo 계정에 정산된 ACH 충전은 없습니다. 따라서 아래 화면은 구매자가 실제로 진행하는 모습을 확인한 절차가 아니라 Stripe가 문서화한 흐름입니다. 가격 확인일 2026년 10월 3일.

짧은 답변: 은행 송금으로 Claude를 결제할 수 있나요?

Anthropic은 은행 송금을 받지만 두 종류의 고객에게만 허용하며, 개인 플랜을 구매하는 사람은 어느 쪽에도 해당하지 않습니다. 미국 은행 계좌를 사용한 각 Claude 결제 방식은 다음과 같습니다.

• claude.ai의 Claude Pro 또는 Max: 아니요. Anthropic's 결제 수단 문서 says it accepts credit and debit cards for all purchases, that ACH bank transfers are accepted only for self-serve Enterprise plans and API accounts on monthly invoicing, and that it does not take PayPal or Venmo (read 2026년 10월 3일). An individual plan is not on that list.
• iPhone 또는 Android 앱의 Claude Pro 또는 Max: 아니요. The App Store or Google Play bills an in-app subscription, and neither store lets you attach a US bank account: Apple's 미국 결제 수단 stop at Apple balance, Apple Card, Apple Cash, Apple Pay, cards and PayPal, and Google Play's 결제 수단 페이지 names wire transfers among the payment types it cannot be used with (both read 2026년 10월 3일).
• Anthropic Console의 Claude API: 계약이 있는 경우에만 Self-serve API usage is paid with 선불 크레딧 bought by card. ACH opens up only on 월별 청구, which Anthropic applies to organizations on a paid usage contract.

On the OpenAI side, the help center says prepaid cards cannot be used to buy API credits and that 표준 신용카드 또는 직불카드만 지원됨. Enterprise customers are billed under their contract: OpenAI's 청구 시점 문서 says the Enterprise contract determines the payment terms, while individual and team customers pay through prepaid credits or automatic card charges (both read 2026년 10월 3일). None of the OpenAI billing articles we read mentions ACH, so we make no claim either way about what an OpenAI Enterprise contract allows.

Kunavo 결제 창에서 ACH로 결제하는 방법

Kunavo의 결제 창은 Stripe의 ACH 확인 설정을 기본값으로 두므로, 다음 내용은 단계별로 인용한 Stripe의 공식 문서상 Checkout 동작입니다.

1. 이메일 주소 또는 Google 계정으로 Kunavo 계정 만들기. 가입 시 카드를 요청하지 않습니다.
2. 결제을 열고 $10부터 충전 금액을 선택합니다. 금액은 ACH가 사용할 수 있는 유일한 통화인 미국 달러로 표시됩니다.
3. On the Stripe checkout, check that the amount is shown in US dollars, then pick the US bank account option. Stripe's ACH 문서 list the customer location as the US and the presentment currency as USD only (read 2026년 10월 3일).
4. 계좌 확인 방법 A: 은행에 로그인 Stripe Checkout uses Financial Connections to verify the account instantly: you sign in to your bank in Stripe's window, a pop-up on desktop or a redirect on mobile (Stripe의 ACH 문서), and pick the account. Financial Connections can also Link를 통해 계좌 저장 for reuse at other Stripe businesses.
5. 방법 B: 라우팅 번호와 계좌번호 입력 This is Stripe's fallback, and it is slower. Stripe sends 소액 예치금 that take 1–2 business days to appear: either two small amounts under a statement descriptor that reads ACCTVERIFY, or one deposit with a 6-digit code in the descriptor. When the deposits are expected to arrive, Stripe emails you a link to confirm them. You get 3 attempts with the amounts or 10 with the code, and you have 10 days to verify before the payment fails. If you cannot find the code in the descriptor, Stripe's form has a “다른 예치금 보내기” button, which sends two new deposits of different amounts that post in 1–3 business days. Manual entry confirms that the account can be debited but, per Stripe, gives 데이터 접근 없음 to Stripe or the merchant. The debit itself starts only after verification is complete.
6. 자동이체 승인 An ACH debit needs your authorization. Checkout shows the mandate text, records your acceptance and, by default, emails a confirmation of it to the address you gave (Stripe).

결제 후: Processing, 이후 잔액 반영

ACH is a delayed-notification method: Stripe says it can take up to 4 business days to learn whether a debit succeeded or failed (Stripe의 ACH 문서, read 2026년 10월 3일). While it settles, the Billing page shows this note next to the order:

Bank debit in progress — bank transfers usually settle in 3–5 business days. Your balance is credited automatically; please don't pay again.

주문에 “Processing”가 표시되는 동안에는 두 번째로 결제하지 마세요. 각 주문은 자체 자동이체가 정산될 때 한 번만 반영되므로 두 번째 충전은 문제 해결이 아니라 추가 잔액이 됩니다. 주문이 해당 기간을 훨씬 지나도 계속 처리 중이면 날짜와 금액을 적어 support@kunavo.com으로 문의하세요.

ACH의 제한 사항

• 미국 은행 계좌 및 미국 달러 결제 창. Stripe는 미국 내 고객에게 미국 달러로만 ACH를 제공합니다. 미국 외 지역의 구매자가 미국 은행 계좌를 보유하고 결제 통화를 달러로 변경했을 때 ACH가 표시되는지는 확인하지 않았습니다.
• 환전 수수료 없음. Because ACH is charged in US dollars, Stripe's Adaptive Pricing fee of 2–4%, which applies to checkouts shown in a local currency, does not apply (read 2026년 10월 3일).
• 카드와 동일한 최소 금액 및 보너스. 최소 충전 금액은 $10이며 결제 수단과 관계없이 더 큰 충전에는 동일한 보너스가 적용됩니다: pay $100, get $110; pay $1,000, get $1,200; pay $5,000, get $6,250.
• 자동 충전 없음. 자동 충전은 저장된 카드 또는 Link로만 결제하므로 모든 ACH 충전은 직접 수행해야 합니다.
• 인보이스 없는 선불 방식. Kunavo는 인보이스, VAT 인보이스 또는 결제 조건을 발행하지 않습니다. Billing 페이지에는 각 충전의 날짜, 금액 및 상태가 표시됩니다.
• 잔액의 사용 범위. Claude 및 GPT 모델의 API 토큰과 API 키를 사용하는 Claude Code에 사용할 수 있습니다. 잔액은 절대 만료되지 않고 월별 요금이 없으며 실패한 요청에는 요금이 부과되지 않습니다. Claude Pro 또는 Max, ChatGPT Plus, Anthropic Console 또는 OpenAI 자체 크레딧에는 사용할 수 없습니다.

ACH가 없거나 자동이체가 실패하는 경우

결제 창에 ACH가 없습니다. It can appear only when the checkout is in US dollars, and Stripe lists US customers only. If the page opens in another currency, Stripe's Adaptive Pricing has chosen a local currency for you from your location; if you are in the US on a VPN or proxy, turn it off and reopen the checkout from 결제. A US buyer can also pay by card, Link, Cash App Pay, or Apple Pay and Google Pay where the browser supports them; every other method, country by country, is in 신용카드 없이 Claude API 결제하기.

자동이체가 실패함. Stripe names insufficient funds, an invalid account number and a bank account with debits disabled as the usual causes (Stripe, read 2026년 10월 3일). A failure before settlement, including microdeposits left unconfirmed for 10 days, marks the order “Failed” and credits nothing. Fix the cause with your bank and start a new top-up.

잔액에 반영된 후 은행이 자동이체를 반환함. Stripe records a late failure or a return as a dispute. A personal account can generally dispute an ACH debit through its bank for up to 60 calendar days, a business account for up to two business days (in rare cases a bank accepts one later), and those disputes are final, with no appeal. When one lands, Kunavo reverses the full credited amount, top-up and bonus, which can take the balance below zero. A dispute also invalidates the debit authorization, and if the same account disputes a later payment, Stripe blocks that bank account from further use (Stripe의 ACH 문서). If something is wrong with a top-up, write to us before you go to your bank.

ACH 충전 환불

Kunavo는 support@kunavo.com을 통해 자체 장애, 가격 오류 또는 실수로 인한 이중 충전 등의 경우 건별로 환불합니다. 환불은 기본적으로 지갑 크레딧으로 처리되며, 요청하면 Stripe를 통해 은행 계좌로 돌려받을 수 있습니다(청구 문서). 약관에는 충전 금액을 사용한 후에는 환불되지 않으며 계정을 폐쇄하면 남은 잔액에서 결제 처리 수수료를 제외한 금액이 원래 결제 수단으로 환불된다고 명시되어 있습니다.

ACH puts its own limits on a refund to your bank. Stripe can refund an ACH payment only in full, not in part, and only within 180 days. The refund takes up to 3 business days and arrives as a separate credit referencing the original payment's statement descriptor, not labelled as a refund (Stripe, read 2026년 10월 3일). Stripe also warns that if a refund is issued while your bank processes a dispute for the same debit, you can be credited twice, so ask for one or the other. For a top-up you have partly used, write to support: wallet credit is the default.

For comparison, Anthropic says Console credits 환불되지 않으며 만료됨 one year after purchase, and OpenAI says its prepaid credits 1년 후 만료됨 and that credits equal to a disputed or refunded payment are removed from the account (both read 2026년 10월 3일). A Kunavo balance does not expire.

제공되지 않는 항목

Kunavo의 ACH는 사용자가 승인한 후 Stripe가 계좌에서 인출하는 자동이체입니다. 계좌번호로 송금하여 돈을 보내는 옵션은 없으며 Zelle, PayPal, Venmo 및 SEPA 자동이체도 선택할 수 없습니다. 영국에서는 파운드 결제 창에서 은행 결제 옵션으로 Bacs Direct Debit 및 Pay by Bank를 사용할 수 있으며, Bacs도 several business days 정산된 후에만 잔액에 반영됩니다. 은행 계좌를 사용하지 않으려는 미국 구매자는 동일한 미국 달러 결제 창에서 crypto (stablecoins)로 결제할 수 있습니다.

API 키에서 키를 생성합니다. 키는 sk-kn-로 시작하고 한 번만 표시되므로 대화상자를 닫기 전에 복사하세요. Claude Sonnet 5의 요금은 입력 토큰 1M당 $1.40, 출력 토큰 1M당 $7.00 (Anthropic은 $2.00 및 $10.00을 청구)이며, Claude Haiku 4.5의 요금은 $0.70 및 $3.50, GPT-5.6 Terra의 요금은 $0.70 및 $4.20입니다. 모두 동일한 잔액에서 차감됩니다:
