Kunavo respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we share it. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
This page is a plain-language summary draft. Final policy will be reviewed by counsel.
1. Information we collect
- Account data. Email, name, and OAuth identifiers when you sign in.
- Billing data. Stripe processes your payment information; we receive only a customer reference, never your card number.
- API usage. For each call: the model requested, token / unit counts, latency, status code, timestamp, and your IP for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
- Content. Prompt and output content forwarded to the upstream provider. We do not persist prompt or output content beyond short-lived operational logs (under 30 days).
2. How we use it
We use the data above to operate, secure and improve the Service, produce billing records, comply with law, and communicate with you about service-related events.
We do not train any model on your content. We do not sell your data.
3. Upstream providers
To execute your API calls we forward the relevant content to the upstream provider you select (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.). Each provider has its own privacy and data-retention policies, which govern what they do with the content while in their hands.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies strictly necessary for authentication, CSRF protection, and remembering preferences. We do not place advertising cookies.
5. Storage & security
Account, billing and usage data are stored in a primary region with multi-region backups. Connections to the gateway are TLS-encrypted. API keys are stored as one-way hashes.
6. Your rights
Subject to local law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Email contact@kunavo.com; we respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be notified by email and by a posted notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
