使用 Klarna 支付 Claude：可行方式及費用

簡短回答：可以使用 Klarna 支付 Claude 嗎？

「Claude」一詞背後有幾種不同的結帳方式，而 Klarna 在每種方式中得到的答案都不同：

• 在 claude.ai：沒有 Klarna 按鈕。 Anthropic's 付費方案帳務常見問題 says Pro 和 Max ordered through the website can be paid only by credit or debit card (read 2026年10月3日).
• 在 iPhone 或 Android App 中：完全沒有先享後付方式。 The same FAQ says Apple or Google charges for plans bought in the app, so the store's wallet decides. Apple 的美國頁面 lists cards, PayPal 和 Apple's own balances 和 wallets (Account balance, Apple Card, Apple Cash, Apple Pay). Google Play 的美國頁面 lists cards, PayPal, Cash App Pay, Venmo, Google Pay balance 和 gift cards. Klarna is on neither list, 和 neither has any installment option (both read 2026年10月3日).
• Klarna 一次性卡：未在 Claude 上測試。 For stores that do not offer Klarna, Klarna sells a 一次性卡. Klarna says it works at US online stores that accept Visa, expires after 24 hours if unused, 和 adds a service fee of $0.75–$3 for bi-weekly payments at stores that are not Klarna partners (Klarna help center, read 2026年10月3日). We have not tried one on claude.ai or Anthropic's Console, so this page makes no claim either way.

• ChatGPT： Kunavo does not sell ChatGPT Plus. Many “ChatGPT Klarna” results are about Klarna's shopping plugin, one of the first ChatGPT plugins (TechCrunch，2023 年 3 月 23 日). It was a way to shop inside ChatGPT, not a way to pay for ChatGPT.

訂閱或 API 餘額：Klarna 適用於何處

儲值可取得哪些 Klarna 選項

Klarna, not Kunavo, decides which options you see. Choosing Klarna sends you to Klarna's site, which picks options based on your currency, the amount 和 the kind of purchase, 和 Stripe says the cart ranges are set by Klarna 和 can change at Klarna's discretion (Stripe 的 Klarna 文件, read 2026年10月3日). Here are Stripe's US ranges set against Kunavo's top-up amounts:

在最低金額 $10 下，這些範圍允許使用 Pay in full, Pay later in 30 days 和 分 4 期付款但不包括 分期付款，其起始金額為 $45。對於 $5,000 的儲值金額，符合金額範圍的選項：僅有 分期付款；一次付清的上限為 $4,000，因此若要一次支付該金額，請使用卡片或 ACH 銀行扣款。Stripe 說明，分 4 期付款通常會拆成等額付款，但 Klarna 偶爾可能會在第一期收取較高金額。「可提供」表示該金額落在範圍內，不代表 Klarna 一定會核准。

A top-up is a one-time payment. Kunavo's checkout does not ask Klarna to keep your account on file for later charges, which Stripe says would narrow the plans Klarna shows (Stripe 的 Klarna 文件).

使用 Klarna 付款的費用

• Kunavo 不加收費用。 Klarna's rules for Stripe merchants forbid charging fees or higher prices for Klarna purchases (Stripe 的 Klarna 規則, read 2026年10月3日). The amount Klarna shows is the dollar amount you picked, with no currency conversion, because the checkout is in US dollars.
• 一次付清 is not a loan: Klarna charges your card the same day (Klarna 一次付清協議 v1.2.0, published July 22, 2025).
• 分 4 期付款 charges the first payment when the merchant confirms the order, then three more automatically every 2 weeks (the first of them at least 18 days after the first payment). Klarna charges no interest 和 no fees unless you miss a payment. A payment still unpaid 10 days after it is due can add a late fee of up to $7, 和 the late fees on one order never exceed 25% of the purchase (Klarna 分 4 期付款協議 v9.3.0, published June 3, 2026). 在最低金額 $10 的情況下，這是 4 期、每期 $2.50，而逾期費用總額不得超過 $2.50。

API 餘額採分期付款並不常見的原因

信用審查與誰可以使用 Klarna

• 軟性查詢。 Klarna's US 分 4 期付款 and 延後付款 terms say it only obtains consumer reports that do not affect your credit score or leave a hard inquiry. The same terms say Klarna may report your account to credit bureaus, 和 late or missed payments may appear on your credit report. Financing is subject to credit approval.
• 申請資格。 Klarna's 分 4 期付款頁面 asks that you be a US resident, at least 18 or the legal age in your state, with a valid card or bank account, 和 able to receive verification codes by text message (read 2026年10月3日). The Pay in 4 terms add that you pay with your own debit or credit card or another payment method Klarna accepts, 和 that prepaid cards are not accepted.
• 州別限制。 Pay later is not available in Montana, New Mexico or Hawaii; Pay in 4 is not available in New Mexico or Hawaii; financing is not available in Iowa, West Virginia or Massachusetts. Puerto Rico is the only US territory Klarna supports (Stripe 的 Klarna 文件, read 2026年10月3日).
• 僅限個人購買。 Klarna does not support business-to-business payments (Stripe 的 Klarna 規則). If a company is paying for its team's API usage, use a card, Link or ACH bank debit instead.

如何逐步使用 Klarna 在 Kunavo 付款

1. 在 Kunavo 註冊（使用電子郵件或 Google）。註冊不需要付款方式，因此在您於結帳時選擇 Klarna 之前，不會有任何款項送至 Klarna。
2. 在 Billing 中，參考上方表格選擇符合所需 Klarna 方案的金額：最低金額 $10，或獎勵級距（$100 credits $110, $1,000 credits $1,200, $5,000 credits $6,250）。
3. Stripe 的結帳頁面會開啟。Klarna 僅列給美國買家，且價格以美元顯示。如果您看到歐元、英鎊或其他貨幣，表示 Stripe 將您判定為位於美國以外；請跳至下方的疑難排解部分。
4. Klarna 的網站會開啟。選擇它提供的其中一個選項，使用 Klarna 以簡訊傳送給您的驗證碼確認，然後核准。接著 Klarna 會將您導回 Kunavo。

自動儲值無法使用 Klarna。它只會向已儲存的卡片或 Link 收費，因此每筆 Klarna 儲值都必須由您手動完成。

如果 Klarna 沒有顯示或遭拒絕

• Stripe 沒有將您判定為位於美國。 Stripe shows Klarna only when it places you in a supported country, from your shipping address or, failing that, your IP address, 和 a US business like Kunavo can offer it only to buyers in the US (Stripe 的 Klarna 文件). A buyer elsewhere does not get it, even in a country where Klarna operates 和 even after switching the checkout to US dollars. A VPN can make Stripe place you outside the US, so turn it off 和 reopen the checkout from Billing.
• 您所在的州不提供此選項（上方清單），或是金額超出該選項的範圍（上方表格）。
• Klarna 拒絕了訂單。這是 Klarna 的決定。Kunavo 看不到原因，也無法覆寫決定；Klarna App 或客服可以告訴您原因。

使用 Klarna 的退款與爭議

• Kunavo 的條款。您的 API 呼叫已使用的儲值部分不可退款。若您關閉帳戶，未使用的部分會扣除任何付款處理商費用後退回原付款方式（條款第 2 節）。對 Klarna 購買而言，這表示會透過 Klarna 退回；Stripe 僅允許在付款後 180 天內退款（下一點）；超過期限後，請寄信至 contact@kunavo.com。
• Klarna 如何處理退款。 Stripe allows a Klarna refund up to 180 days after the payment. Klarna cancels the remaining payments 和 returns what you have already paid, usually within 5–7 business days (it can take longer depending on your bank). A partial refund smaller than what you still owe is deducted from that balance 和 spread evenly across the remaining payments; one larger than what you still owe clears it 和 the difference comes back to you (Stripe 的 Klarna 文件, read 2026年10月3日).
• 爭議。 You file a dispute in the Klarna app, within 180 days, 和 Klarna pauses your repayments while it is open. It starts as an inquiry, during which the merchant can still refund you; if it is not resolved within 21 days it escalates to a chargeback, 和 from then on the payment can no longer be refunded (Stripe 的 Klarna 爭議文件, read 2026年10月3日). Writing to contact@kunavo.com first is the faster route.

付款前須知的限制

• Klarna 僅提供給美國買家，且其結帳以美元進行，因此 Stripe 的 2–4% 貨幣兌換費不適用於此付款方式。
• 低於 $10 的金額無法購買。超過該金額後，餘額會保留直到您使用完畢，不會每月收費，而以 4xx 或 5xx 錯誤回應的請求不會收費。
