Not today. Commission and bonuses land as Kunavo credit and offset your own API spend. We may add cash payouts via Stripe Connect once volume justifies the compliance overhead.
What is the 10% calculated on?
The amount your referral tops up — the cash they actually pay us — not what they later spend it on. That makes it visible the moment their payment settles rather than trickling in per request, and it means credit we grant them never earns you a cut of our own giveaway.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No hard cap. But anti-abuse signals (self-referral, same IP at signup, disposable email domains) flag suspicious accounts for admin review before settlement.
When does my side actually arrive?
Your referral's credit is instant, in the same transaction as their top-up. Your side clears after a 60-day holdback and then pays out with the monthly settlement. The wait exists because a card charge can be disputed for about two months, and paying out before that window closes is how a referral program becomes a fraud target.
What happens if my referral disputes a charge?
Commission and bonus still inside the holdback reverse automatically. Anything already paid out is clawed back from your Kunavo balance, clamped at zero — your balance never goes negative.
