Common questions
Can I cash out commission to my bank?
Not today. Commission lands as Kunavo credit and offsets your own API spend. We may add cash payouts via Stripe Connect once volume justifies the compliance overhead.
What counts as 'spend'?
Every successful, billable API call. Refunded calls and failed (status='error') calls don't count. Signup bonuses and top-up bonuses don't count either — only real paid usage.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No hard cap. But anti-abuse signals (self-referral, same IP at signup, disposable email domains) flag suspicious accounts for admin review before settlement.
Are signup credits and top-up bonuses commissionable?
No. Only real paid spend earns you commission. The starter credit we hand new accounts and the bonus on top-ups are on us, not the referee.
What happens if my referral disputes a charge?
Pending commission (the first 7 days after each call) reverses automatically. Already-cleared commission may be reversed by admin review if the dispute lands.
