| Price | Pay-as-you-go. Each model has a published per-token price on /pricing. The minimum top-up is $10 USD. Prices are denominated in US dollars; Stripe converts to JPY at checkout. |
| Additional fees borne by the customer | Internet connection fees, any currency-conversion fees imposed by your card issuer or Stripe, and any taxes legally applicable in your jurisdiction are borne by the customer. |
| Accepted payment methods | Via Stripe Checkout: credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link. Konbini payment and PayPay are not accepted. |

| Service delivery timing | The Kunavo API gateway is provided as a continuous online service. Top-up credits become available immediately upon successful payment. |
| Returns / refunds | Unused balance you paid for is refundable at any time, without closing your account, to your original payment method, less the payment processing fee in proportion to the amount refunded. Balance consumed by API usage and bonus or promotional credit are not refundable. Failed API requests (4xx/5xx responses) are never charged. Streaming responses that disconnect mid-flight are billed only for tokens actually delivered. There is no cooling-off period under Article 26 of the Act, since the service is a consumable digital service excluded from cooling-off. |
